Abstract
Along with the development of tourism business in Desa Kertawangi At Bandung Barat, many villagers turned their eyes to farmers who were originally farmers to workers in tourist places. One of the most striking groups is the growing number of women from the farmer community interested to work in the tourist places in the village, one of which is a tourist attraction known as eco tourism in Dusun Bambu. On the one hand, the working women of the peasant community is a positive development, because in addition to empowering women to work and make money, on the other hand also the female workers do not understand the risks of work that can interfere with the health of the work, the possibility of job accidents, wages that do not reach the minimum wage and the uncertainness of work. That^s what^s interesting to research in this paper.
The research method used in this study is a soiological juridical method, a method that combines approach through literature studies ,with approaches through concrete data in the field. The research aims to find out the implementation of work time, workplace and occupational safety and health guarantees for female workers working as freelance day laborers in the lands that will be used as parks in Dusun Bambu tourist places with concrete data in the field.
