Digital Marketer^s Skill to Handle Marketing Products and Services on Instagram

Abstract

Digital marketing is as an important effort in marketing products or services in this new digital era. Digital marketers^s job is not only raising brand awareness, but also building closeness with consumers. This study aims to analyze the digital marketer skills of Sekolahbisnisonline.id in handling the marketing of products and services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of digital marketers in composing messages and creating closeness to consumers. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. This study found that digital marketers are able to compile writing and choose supporting images well on Instagram, and are able to build relationships with consumers, so that consumers feel connected to the products or services being.
