The Effect of Mosque Management on Financial Reporting Accountability

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of mosque financial management, because the accountability of these ummat funds was often in the spotlight of the public in its reporting. As for the respondents of this study were 25 DKM in Cimenyan district, Bandung Regency. Cimenyan sub-district was chosen because of its active resource potential and it does not yet have a mosque^s financial report as a form of responsibility. The results of this study prove that the financial management of mosques has an effect on the accountability of financial reporting. The contribution of this research is to provide training and mentoring to DKM in Cimenyan district, most of which do not have financial reports as a form of public accountability
