This study uses a normative juridical approach using secondary data and qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that. Various forms of corruption convicted of corruption in prisons are caused by several factors as follows (a) corruption convicts have adequate financial support to purchase exclusive facilities (b) corruption convicts have power relations with unscrupulous officials in the prison environment. (c) weak integrity of prison officers (d) low supervision of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The model of training for corruption convicts is carried out in several ways, namely, first, by blending corruption convicts with general prisoners the goal is that corruption convicts can channel their intellectual abilities to other prisoners. Second, providing intensive and continuous spiritual development through various religious activities such as routine recitation, congregational prayer, Islamic boarding schools to get closer to Allah SWT. Third, mixing inmates outside prisons with the community after serving 1/3 of their sentence by obliging them to participate in social activities for the purpose of experiencing a mutual cooperation, mutual respect and maintaining trust.
