Legal Risk Management of Contract in the COVID-19 Pandemic Period According to ISO 31022 : 2020 Framework and Islamic Values (a) Postgraduate Program Abstract This study aims to investigate the legal risk management of contract that take place in the COVID-19 pandemic period by using the ISO 31022 : 2020 framework and Islamic values. The research design in this paper uses the normative juridical method, which means that it is carried out with library research on secondary data in the field of law, both in the form of primary and secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Primary legal material in the form of regulation relating to the variable topics of this paper, legal risk management, contract, COVID-19, ISO 31022 : 2020, and Islamic values. The study found that studies of legal risk management are still limited in terms of the aspect of contract in the COVID-19 pandemic period, as well as the use of newly ISO 31022 : 2020 as well as perspective on Islamic values. Given the fact that this pandemic is still happening and uncertain, the extent to which the broadening of its negative implication to the ongoing contracts or new contracts. Hence this study recommends a tailored design on legal risk management framework by blending the framework of ISO 31022 : 2020 and Islamic values, in order to provide the best interest of main objective of contract and long term business relationship.
