Abstract

The use of digital technology for zakat managers in the future can make a big contribution in collecting zakat funds. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with primary data collection, namely interviews with 11 LAZ managers in Bandung, before being analyzed the data is tested first with validity and reliability, and data analysis using linear regression. Based on the research results, it turns out that the use of digital information technology has a significant effect on optimizing the collection of zakat funds, and the use of technology also affects the quality of the zakat accounting information system in order to improve the quality of information in zakat institutions that is relevant and timely. The results of this research contribution can provide solutions to zakat managers in optimizing the collection of zakat funds
