Social Media and Students Learning Outcomes During Covid 19 Online Learning

Abstract

The purposes of the study are to study the systems of social media used to support students online learning and secondly to investigate the outcomes from the use of social media, including the benefits associated with increased levels of collaboration, increased engagement by students with an online learning and education. This research will apply qualitative method and the subjects of this research are the students and teachers in Jakarta. Finally, the study will examine how social media is integrated into assessments, and how these forms of assessment are accommodated to meet the requirements of education assessments. This study is designed to cover understanding the relationship of social media and students learning outcomes and to improve the practices the use and opportunities the usage of social media for online learning during Covid 19.
