Innovation Management Based Learning History in The Green Pandemi Covid- 19 1) Departement of Education Science, Tadulako University, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe the role of teachers in implementing green history-based learning management innovations in SMA 2 in Sigi Regency and implementing green history-based learning management innovations. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques through direct observation of the object of research, documentation of data in the field and conducting open interviews conducted with teachers, students, the curriculum development section and school principals so that the empirical data in the field is true true valid. Follow up on the findings in the field systematically carried out the data analysis stage. The results of this data are then carried out at the implementation stage in the green history-based history learning process, which is carried out through an action cycle. The findings in the field show that 1) a new breakthrough is management innovation carried out by teachers in public high schools to develop learning tools in accordance with the local / local environment, namely green history of maintaining springs as the philosophy of the Kaili ethnic community as a form of concern and transferization. culture through the world of education to students. 2) The implementation of environmental-based historical learning management innovation is carried out in class IX public high schools, namely online-based learning through the design of learning tools development in accordance with the development of science and technology during the Covid-19 pandemic.
